Located in the Sestiere of San Polo, between Rialto and the historic fish market, La Finestra sulle Beccarie is a few steps near the center of Venice, precisely a 15-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. It is located 700 meters from the Doge's Palace and from the Frari’s Basilica and 800 meters from the Fenice Theater.

How to reach us

From Venice Santa Lucia Railway Station or from Piazzale Roma you can take the public transport waterbus “vaporetto” line 1, direction Rialto, and stop at the “Rialto Mercato” waterbus stop.

From there, go straight over the arch, turn right and after 200 meters there is the fish market site: after crossing it, turn left into Calle delle Beccarie.

When you arrive in the Campo delle Beccarie you will find a small bridge to cross and then turn left, and then right. Immediately on your left you will find the Calle del Cappeller; our door is just on your left at civic number 1585.
